Nelson Brothers Construction Company has been a leader in heavy industrial construction throughout the intermountain west.
In the last 68+ years the company has built or modified over 500 different facilities. Most of these projects were related to the water and wastewater industries.
The success and longevity of Nelson Brothers Construction Company is due to its use of innovative construction techniques and “hands-on” project management. The company constantly encourages its project teams to find new and efficient ways to increase production, save money, and maintain or increase overall project quality. The new technologies of our time are always being evaluated and incorporated into the management process.
The knowledge and skills of the individuals that make up the company are another reason for the success of Nelson Brothers Construction Company. The founding partners of the company have over 100 years of combined construction experience. Superintendents average over 20 years experience each, while all principal project managers have over 15 years of construction management expertise. This wealth of experience helps blend the proven methods of the past with the technology of today.
A majority of the projects constructed by Nelson Brothers Construction Company have been “infrastructure” related. This means that nearly all projects in the company’s history have required modifications to existing facilities, while maintaining facility operation. Management teams must become extremely familiar with all aspects of the project and the existing facility to make these types of projects successful.
